How fucking amazing is this? Life size scale Mobile Suit Gundam from the popular anime series. Finally an interesting monumment rather than some boring tower. What i wouldn't give to go see it in person, fucking shame has to go down : (
It's situated in Tokyo's Odaiba Shiokaze Park, it stands a 59-foot-tall giant mecha, but isn't for public unveiling until July 11th, 2009. The MBS was built to commemorate the "Mobile Suit Gundam 30th Anniversary Project" on April 7th, 2009 as first anime series about Mobile Suits, Mobile Suit Gundam.
It will stay up until the end August 31st and viewing will be free. What you'll get is a moveable head, 50 points on the Gundam are lit, and mist that shoots out of 14 different points on the statue.

BWS London is Back!!!!

At long last BWS London is back, set to re-open on the 18th July, there were alot of rumors circling with regards to new locations but Bape are staying put on Upper James St. I for one must say I'm looking forward to it. I wonder if Nowhere will close now? the pop up shop was getting a bit tired after the Last Orgy drop...what do you guys think?

Science Museum Trip!

Hows it going people?, went to the Science Museum in South Kensington today it was quite cool, after feeling like a 12 year old surrounded by towering interactive displays and spaceships I was tempted to take a gander into the Imax cinema but thought i'd save that for when im with friends lol..here are some pics... the first two pics are of a special exhibition called Listening Post (devised by Artists Mark Hansen and Ben Rubin) its fucking dope it shows online communication, displaying uncensored fragments of text, sampled in real-time, from public internet chatrooms and bulletin boards across the world...a few funny ones i heard and read were "25yr old virgin wanna chat? PM me" and " I like to have sex with my dog" go check it if u have some free time!!

Feist...The Reminder

Feist (Lesie Feist) is a Canadian singer-songwriter, you may know her from the iPod nano adverts that she featured in with the song called one two three four it was so popular it Sesame Street asked her to do a alternative version of her song to help young children count. Anyway I bought this album yesterday afternoon (it dropped like last year) and i can honestly say its a great album, she sings indie rock, anti-folk, indie folk. Be sure to have a quick listen on youtube or something you wont be disappointed.

Puma Party

Went to a Puma party over at the concept store last week, wasnt half bad
The Puma chocolates they were giving out tasted exactly like those nutty shell chocolates and they were pulling out the fancy cocktails all for free.Goodie bags were given out containing free sunglasses, which were pretty naff, but still, nice thought.
Had a DJ who was alright, but playing the night of the Champions League Final, at kick off, was going against her

Was bored in the kitchen, the marks n sparks ones are too salty, so thought id do a lil experiment in the kitchen, tried putting a few together and lighting them and guess what, they stayed lit for ages, Shamo told me its because of the calories

D.I.Y Lampshade

Found the perfect lamp shade, because im not sure about you but I dont like my light to be too bright, or too dark, but this was perfect!
There are two spotlights on my floor now, and a nice shade of light.
