Cake in a Cup

Found this weird little desert in a Japanese Shop called Arrigato
Asked the kind old lady (who wasn't really that old) how to go about making this cake in a cup and she gave us a few simple instructions.
Two simple ingredients, the cake mix and an egg

Whisk the egg and the mix in your favourite mugUntil the mix is smooth and a lil bubblyStick the mug in the grimy microwave

Turn the grimy dial to two minutes then your ready to start baking. Watch out though as cooking times vary, keep an eye on it every now and then! When the cake has risen and is springy, kinda like a cake, its ready to take out

You may think it doesn't look too nice but if you see above, its fluffy like a real cake!
It tastes sweet and nice if not a bit eggy but its something I'd recommend if your around the area, Its available in three flavours, Vanilla (as shown), Chocolate and Caramel. I tried putting milky bar buttons in it and what a success!
